    At Canopy Yoga

    Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of yoga that uses asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to balance mind, body, and spirit. In this 2 hour workshop we will dive into svadhyaya introspection and self-study, practice a 90 minute traditional Sivananda Yoga Hatha sequence, and then after reflect on how we can use these teachings in our daily lives for optimal health and well-being.

  • Across the Rainbow - LGBTQIA+ Support Group

    This is a weekly support group for the LGBTQIA+ community. Community is medicine. If you have been feeling fearful, disconnected, isolated, and longing for a safe place where you can be your authentic self - you are welcome and will be celebrated here.
